Audit
I start with what you already have. Inventory what works, what to keep, and what needs to go. No clean-slate theatrics.

Tone, principles, and a small visual vocabulary. I pin down the primitives before any pixel hits the canvas.

I push the system through real surfaces — site, product, deck, social — to stress-test it before locking it in.

Guidelines that engineers can ship from. Tokens, components, do-and-don't pairs, and motion specs in one place.
