Architect
Sitemap, content model, and tech choices first. I won't over-engineer a five-page site — and I won't under-build a fifty-page one.

Design in code
I design in browser as soon as the IA is set. Static mocks lie about motion and responsiveness; real code doesn't.

Animate with intent
Motion serves wayfinding and emphasis, not decoration. Every transition justifies its existence.

Ship and tune
Launch, then iterate. I measure, fix what doesn't work, and document what to change next.
